On 22 September, the Shenzhen "Longhua Cup" Taijiquan Competition was held at Jiulongshan Sports Park, attracting 650 participants from 40 teams. The players showcased their excellent skills on the field. Their techniques were full of momentum, their swordsmanship was brisk and dashing, and their postures were stretching and atmospheric, providing a visual and spiritual feast for the audience. At the competition site, taijiquan enthusiasts collectively performed Chinese qigong and Ba duan jin, winning the applause of the audience. The performance of Ba duan jin inherited the wisdom of Chinese regimen and showcased the charm of Chinese traditional culture.
