After more than a year of renovation, the highly anticipated first phase of the Dongguan Sign will be officially opened to the public on December 12. Time-honored brands such as Dachang Watch Repair Store, which has been in business for 34 years, Guanzhai Tea Store, which has a history of 85 years, and Dongfanghong Photo Studio, which carries the memories of Dongguan people, will meet with the public. At the same time, the project combines creative studios, youth apartments, art and cultural exhibitions, and other formats, and introduces more than 30 retail, catering, and lifestyle aesthetics brands, focusing on a new landmark for leisure and entertainment. 经过一年多时间的活化改造，备受瞩目的东莞记忆首开区一期将于12月12日正式对外开放。营业34年的大昌钟表维修、距今85年历史的莞翟麻茶王、承载老莞人集体回忆的东方红照相馆等老字号将与大家见面。与此同时，项目引入主理人商业、创意工作室、青年公寓、艺文展览等业态，引进30多家零售、餐饮及生活美学品牌，主打可玩、可逛、可打卡。
