Another highlight of this exhibition was the “giant” of chrysanthemums, thetall and impressive max #chrysanthemum, with its height of 2.3 meters. 11月27日，“羊城菊花”展出的菊花陆续盛开，吸引不少市民游客前来“打卡”。今年的新品种“棒棒菊”因形状像“棒棒糖”而得名。在盛开期，“棒棒菊”花蕾绽放，让其变得更圆润可爱。本届菊会吸引眼球的还有“菊中巨人”高放菊，其2.3米的高个子在品种菊展区鹤立鸡群，黄色花蕾鲜艳亮眼，白色花蕾清雅却因有粉色点缀而不失美感。
