Furthermore, the building will house a Lingnan cultural innovation lab, reinforcing its technological foundation to facilitate the digital preservation, intelligent analysis, and industrial application of Lingnan culture, injecting fresh vitality into the region's cultural innovation and entrepreneurship.

As an economic powerhouse, Guangdong has explicitly committed to advancing the "AI+" and "Robotics+" initiatives. How can the province accelerate the growth of its digital creative industry? Moving forward, Guangdong will introduce "five key measures" to drive the high-quality development of the sector.

First, the province will roll out a series of supportive policies. It will refine policy frameworks for key sectors such as gaming and animation, film and television production, creative design, and modern performing arts, streamlining approval processes and increasing financial support. Special funds, including those for literary and artistic talent development and the provincial film fund, will be integrated to support enterprises. Events like the "Greater Bay Area Cultural Investment Conference" will be held to attract patient capital and nurture promising ideas and businesses.

Second, Guangdong will foster industrial clusters. KeYun Road, located west of the Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park, is known as "China's No.1 Gaming Street," where nearly 150 gaming enterprises above designated size generate an industry ecosystem worth hundreds of billions of yuan. This area has nurtured major companies like NetEase and 37 Interactive Entertainment, showcasing the power of industrial clustering. Guangdong plans to develop high-standard digital creative industry parks, attract more top-tier cultural and technology firms, and establish an ecosystem where leading enterprises drive supply chain collaboration. These efforts will upgrade industrial parks into vibrant hubs that are ideal for culture, business, tourism, and residence.

Third, the province will tap into its rich Lingnan cultural resources. The Yangcheng Evening News Group will spearhead the development of a Lingnan Cultural Big Data Center and a Lingnan Cultural Large Model, promoting the digitization of cultural assets such as historical relics, ancient texts, and intangible heritage. A system for transforming Lingnan cultural intellectual property (IP) into market-ready products will be established to enhance both cultural and economic value. Additionally, cultural big data will be leveraged to support "the High-Quality Development Project for Counties, Towns, and Villages," fostering integrated urban-rural cultural progress and county economic development and contributing to rural revitalization and cultural inclusiveness.

Fourth, Guangdong will actively attract global cultural talents. Riding the momentum of the ''Millions of Gather in Guangdong'' initiative, the province will implement innovative programs like the "Guangdong Special Support Plan" to recruit and cultivate leading innovators and outstanding young talents. More professionals with expertise in culture, creativity, and industry will be encouraged to work and develop their careers in Guangdong.

Fifth, the province will strengthen breakthroughs in key technologies. Guangdong is seizing opportunities in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, having recently introduced 12 new support measures. Collaboration between cultural institutions, universities, and internet firms is accelerating, leading to the establishment of AI labs and large-scale AI models. The province has already approved 45 generative AI services. A major push for the "AI + Culture" initiative is underway, with a series of new major projects planned for the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan period. Guangdong aims to accelerate AI-driven cultural innovation and development, positioning itself at the forefront of this rapidly evolving sector.

广东出台“五项举措”推动数字创意产业发展

3月28日，岭南数字创意大厦新基建高质量发展大会在广州羊城创意产业园举行。据悉，广东将从政策扶持、产业培育、文化数字化、人才培养、技术攻关等方面推出“五项举措”助力数字创意产业高质量发展。

打造广东主流媒体系统性变革的试验田

近年来，羊城晚报报业集团高水平打造羊城创意产业园，全力推进岭南数字创意大厦建设，朝着“成为国内一流新型文化传播媒体集团”的目标不断迈进，取得了可喜成绩。

接下来，岭南数字创意大厦将致力于打造成为主流媒体系统性变革的试验田，汇聚更多新型文化业态，赋能“新闻+政务服务商务”，为媒体改革发展注入新动能；建成“竖起来”的文化创意产业园，吸引更多具有垂直优势和辐射能力的头部企业入驻，带动业态升级，为数字创意产业发展拓展新空间；成为“年轻态”的人才汇聚高地，用优秀企业、优质服务、优美环境招才引才，办好人才公寓、创业工坊、演艺剧场，为文化人才施展才华提供新舞台；建立岭南文化传承发展的实验室，夯实技术底座，推动岭南文化的数字化保存、智能化解析和产业化应用，为岭南文化“双创”增添新活力。

广东将推出“五项举措”

作为经济大省，广东已明确提出，要大力实施“人工智能+”“机器人+”行动。如何推动广东省数字创意产业拔节生长？接下来，广东将推出“五项举措”助力全省数字创意产业高质量发展。

一是推出系列政策支持。将完善动漫游戏、影视生产、创意设计、现代演艺等重点行业政策体系，加大扶持力度，优化审批备案流程，为企业发展提供更有利的条件和空间。将统筹省文艺精品（文艺人才）扶持专资、省电影专资等专项资金，办好“大湾区文化产业投资大会”等活动和平台，让耐心资本加持好的创意、陪伴企业成长。

二是支持培育产业生态集群。位于羊城创意产业园西侧的科韵路，被称为“中国游戏第一街”，短短11公里的道路上汇聚了近150家规上游戏企业，创造了千亿产值的产业生态，孕育出网易、三七互娱等知名企业。他们的成功离不开产业集群的托举。接下来，广东将高标准建设数字创意产业园，吸引更多优质文化企业和科技企业，构建以头部企业为引领、上下游产业链协同发展的产业生态，推动园区提档升级，完善服务体系，构筑宜文、宜业、宜游、宜居的魅力园区。

三是深挖岭南文化富矿。将支持羊城晚报报业集团打造岭南文化大数据中心、岭南文化大模型，推动文物古迹、典籍版本、非遗民俗等文化资源数字化转化，建立岭南文化IP系统转化开发体系，让文化价值和经济效益相互赋能。将服务保障“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”，推动文化大数据下沉一线、直抵基层，赋能城乡精神文明建设融合和县域经济发展，助力乡村振兴和文化普惠。

四是广聚天下文化英才。将搭乘“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划的东风，创新实施“广东特支计划”等人才计划，引进培育一批创新领军人才、青年拔尖人才，吸引更多有文化、善创意、懂产业的复合型人才和高校毕业生来粤工作。

五是强化关键技术攻关。广东正抢抓人工智能发展机遇，在人工智能和机器人两大领域集中发力，最新出台12项支持举措。全省文化单位、高校和互联网企业正在深入合作，共建人工智能实验室、大模型，全省已经有45款生成式人工智能服务备案。接下来，将大力实施“人工智能+文化”行动，谋划一批“十五五”新的重大牵引性项目，在人工智能赋能文化建设这个赛道上跑出“加速度”。
