At 8:30 in the morning, the Pazhou International Convention & Exhibition Center in Guangzhou was already bustling with excitement. Exhibitors and buyers from around the world couldn't wait to enter. As soon as I met Danilo, he expressed his excitement, saying, "There are even more people here than I imagined. I hope to enter the main hall soon and have a good look around."

Upon entering the exhibition hall, Danilo enthusiastically raised his phone to capture the Yingge dance performance on the central stage.

Inside the exhibition hall, Danilo's eyes were filled with curiosity. He carefully inspected products at various booths, interacted with staff, and occasionally took photos with his phone. Because he had to return to school in the afternoon, Danilo was willing to sacrifice his lunchtime to spend more time at the Canton Fair.

While exploring the exhibition hall, Danilo spotted a brand of electric shaver he uses (Kemei). He approached the exhibitor and was informed that their shavers sell well in Brazil, with listings on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, and Temu. Regarding the quality of the shaver, Danilo told reporters that he bought it in Brazil and brought it to China, using it daily, and was surprised to find its "homeland" represented at the Canton Fair, which made him feel particularly nostalgic. Not only the shaver but also the headphones Danilo purchased in Brazil were of Chinese brands.

When parting ways, I asked Danilo, "Did you not get enough today?" Danilo replied, "The Canton Fair is too large in scale. Today, we only explored a small part of it. If I have time in a few days, I'll probably visit it again on my own!"

记者手记:广交会对一个外国人的吸引力有多大?牺牲午饭时间,也想多看一看

早上8时30分,广州琶洲国际会展中心已经热闹非凡,来自全球各地的参展商和采购商已经迫不及待入场了。达尼洛一见到记者,达尼洛就流露出兴奋之情。“比我想象的人还要多啊,我希望能快点进入内场好好逛一逛。”

一进展馆,中央舞台正在进行南山英歌舞表演,达尼洛兴奋地举起手机,拍照留念。

在展馆内,达尼洛的眼睛里写满了好奇,他走到一个个展位仔细查看商品,并与工作人员交流,还不时拿起手机拍摄。即便下午还要回学校上课,达尼洛宁愿牺牲午饭时间,也要多在广交会逛一逛。

逛展馆时,达尼洛看到了一个自己在用的剃须刀的品牌(科美Kemei)。达尼洛上前与参展商交流,参展商告诉他,他们的剃须刀在巴西卖得很火,在主要电商平台如亚马逊、全球速卖通(阿里巴巴国际版)、TiktokShop、Temu(拼多多国际版)等都有销售。这款剃须刀质量如何?达尼洛告诉记者,剃须刀是在巴西买的,又带来中国,当真是天天离不开,没想到在广交会上找到了“娘家”本尊,让他特别有亲切感。不仅仅是剃须刀,达尼洛在巴西购买的耳机,也是中国品牌。

分别时,我问达尼洛:“今天是不是没有逛够?”达尼洛说:“广交会规模太大了,今天我们只逛了很小的一部分,过几天有时间我应该会自己再来!”
